Prairie Dog Lover's Burrow

I live in japan with Jack and i will be returning to America early next year.  I am trying to find out if at all possible to bring Jack back with me.  CDC.gov says he cant come back and i wanted to know if any one has information that would help me find a way to get him back.  i dont know how this website works or updated but my email address is cewurker69@hotmail.com, if anyone has any links please send them to me.
