Prairie Dog Lover's Burrow

My Name is Jennifer, I live in IL near Kankakee, and I am a stay at home

mom to a 5 year old.  Last summer every pet shop that we went to had prairie

dogs in them, and I fell in love with them.  I was able to get one last August for

birthday, and since then he has been a great addition to my family.  His name

"Auggie Doggy" and we have had him for almost a year.  He does very well with

my daughter, and loves to play with my orange cat Lucky, he tolerates the other

two cats :D!  I just found this website yesterday, and I love it, I had a lot of questios

that was hard to find answers to, since most sites are about them in the wild.

I am happy to see other people enjoying them as much as my family and I do!
